Dept Interview PLAN
- Be sure all members of Desktop Computing Team is clear about who will do interviews and how it will be done (viz., Dave)
- List depts to be interviewed (see order below)
- Meet w/ Deans and admin heads to get a sense of the bigger picture and get their approval before working w/ the departments.
- Identify who in the dept to contact/coordinate the interview session with. Set up interview.
- Interview
- Write up notes from interview; get approval of dept. head before distributing
- Distribute interview notes to DCTM team, Deans, ACAC, Web info
Outcome:
Create annual plans from interview information; set strategy for next few years

5/10/96 - 2nd draft of SCAP plan presented to ACAC and accepted.
