Present:  Brenda Bennett, Bob Jewett, Manola Sherman, Joan Upham,
           Paula Willard.



1. Next meeting     Monday 5/15/95 @ 1:30pm

3. New Business:

   Information Center Team projects for the summer:

     - InfoChannel.  Continue to broadcast, but use general info such as:
          * Library schedule
          * College Union schedule
          * Maxcy Hall schedule
          * Alumni weekend information
          * Crane events
          * Orientation '95 information

       Jack is the backup for programming InfoChannel information.  Joan 
       expressed interrest in learning more about programming the InfoChannel.

     - College/Community Calendar.  Maintain throughout the summer as we have
       been doing all year.  Students will prepare much of this informaiton
       before they are finished at the end of the semester.

     - 267-4444 (Activities HOTLINE).  Maintain throughout the summer as we
       have been doing all year.  Manola will be the backup for this.  Brenda
       will obtain a "peg count" report to give us some idea how much this
       HOTLINE is being used.  Paula estimates that it takes 5hrs/week to
       record messages.

     - Activities Sheet.  Discontinue for the summer and start up for
       Orientation '95 (leaders are on campus as of 8/11/95)

     - WWW publishing (to be described further in the next meeting.


4.  What's important to accomplish by the next meeting?

     - Program InfoChannel for summer usage (Paula).
     - Check w/ Chip about InfoChannel/Activities Sheet plans for the summer
       (Paula).
     - Contact ACUS about providing peg count reports on 267-4444 (Brenda).

     - review summer InfoChannel information
     - WWW publishing projects
     - Information projects for Orientation '95
