Dear Alumni,
We would like to invite you to the 2004 Lacrosse Alumni
Game and Golf Tournament. It will be here at SUNY Potsdam
on the weekend of October 1st. Over the last ten years Potsdam
Lacrosse has come a long way in regards to accomplishments,
facilities and support from the University. This year we
would love to have a big turnout for the alumni game in
hopes of great times, lacrosse and golf. If you are interested
in playing in the golf tournament and/or lacrosse game,
please fill out the enclosed sing-up sheet and mail it back
as soon as possible.
The weekend’s festivities will be as follows:
Friday, October 1st:
-Golf Tournament at Potsdam Country Club / 18 holes / capt.
& crew
-Golf will start at 12 noon
-Burgers, Dogs, Wings, Prizes & Refreshments after golf
at Ton’s Sports Bar
Saturday, October 2nd:
-Potsdam Lacrosse will scrimmage with Clarkson, SLU, &
Utica
-Games will start at 10am
Saturday, October 2nd:
-Lacrosse Alumni Game on Turf Field at Potsdam
-Game will be alumni vs. alumni, odd vs. even years
-Game will be played after the scrimmages (time to sleep
in & rest)
We appreciate any way that you can help support the Bears
Lacrosse Team this year. Please let us know if you plan
on attending. We will also have Potsdam Lacrosse Merchandise/Old
Uniforms for sale with the money going to support our spring
trip to Orlando, Florida in March.
