2000 Season Highlights
New Astro-Turf Field Planned College officials announced that Potsdam will be receiving a brand new astro-turf field next fall (2001). It will be ready for the Spring 2002 season. In addition to this new facility, the Bears have a natural grass field that was completed in the spring of 1999, along with our indoor fieldhouse in Maxcy Hall. We have also just expanded our strength training facilities with the addition of Olympic Platforms and Olympic weights. Potsdam Finishes 2nd in SUNYAC Conference The Bears ended the regular season with a 4-2 record in the SUNY Conference, a record good enough for second place.
