I.  Quality - Instruction, Scholarhsip and Service.

1.  Increase size of teaching faculty

    - reallocate lines and support dollars from non-instructional areas.


2.  Emphasize Excellence in Teaching and Learning (including advisement).

    - Review classrooms, labs,...etc. for the purpose of producing and
        maintaining the optimal learning environment.

    - Increase budget for instrucional support (secretaries, equipment, etc.)


3.  Encourage Faculty and Staff Development Programs.

    - New faculty/staff orientation

    - Increased funding for travel for research/presentations at conferences.


4.  Develop interdisciplinary team-taught programs.


5.  Enhance the quality and service capacity of the libraray and the 
      bibliographic skills of students.


6.  Complete the Student Assessment Program.


7.  General Education Program 


8.  Crane School of Music as a Leader in Music and Music Education


9.  Conduct Middle states Association Self-Study


10. Support a "Student-Centered" Campus Environment.
