I explained to Juliana that this is a new area of service for us (providing
data network access/service to campus tenants) and that we could not
promise any additional service beyond what is described above; that is, we
cannot promise additional faceplates, accounts, training/support.  Juliana
seemed to think that she would request this service so we should be
prepared to do this project.

Brenda/Karen - do you see any problem with billing this via our monthly
telephone bill and using the 900875 IFR?  I think we should use the monies
collected to pay for student assistants who work on this (and similar
projects).  What do the rest of you think?

Any other concerns, issues and/or problems you see with proceeding?
