Provide timely presentations and training sessions to the campus departmental computer coordinators, and to the campus at large, on current and emerging technologies. (as needed)
Provide local support for the Telenursing course offered by SUNY Plattsburgh through PictureTel technology to SUNY Potsdam. (as needed)
Continuing developing a technology alliance with SUNY Plattsburgh and other SUNY schools. (as needed)

Manage and improve client/server-based information services and access to network services for students.

Public Service Continue to maintain the Levitt Center as a public-access computing facility and offer laser printing to the public as a cost-reimbursement service using laser-printing cards which individuals purchased at the bookstore. (as needed)
Continue participating in meetings on distance-education opportunities conducted by the St. Lawrence County BOCES office, as well as the steering committee, for further development of a regional approach to distance-education technology.
