1. Development:

• Open meeting with students interested in employment with DC/TM (Thurs., 4/2, 6pm, K103)

2. Planning:

• Start of Fall '98 semester
  • What are our concerns? (e.g., email accounts for new students, documentation, etc.)
  • What will our strategy be for the week before classes start and the first 2 weeks of classes?
  • What role do we expect our student employees to play in this strategy?
  • What departmental teams need to focus on this strategy?

3. Management

• Summer vacations, etc.
• Lapsing funds ideas - need them prioritized
